Penny was referred to me by my long time insurance agent per chance while checking on how to insure my home for staging.  At the time I had consulted with a company who wanted to stage with the stipulation that they would use it to sell their own furniture from my home.  After looking at six homes they had staged I realized there was no individual attention given, no uniqueness to their decorating/staging.
