eing newly-weds and living together in an apartment for four years, we can’t describe the joy of owning our own house. It is a dream come true. We had many fears about becoming homeowners, expecially not knowing if we would be able to afford it, among other things. One day we decided that we wanted to look around at houses on the market. This is when we got lucky and met our realtor, Christine Loschiavo.
From the start, Christine always showed a lot of professionalism. Being first time homebuyers, we we kind of nervous, but she had a lot of patience with us. She explained to us how the system works. If we had questions along the way, she always answered them, but if she didn’t know, she referred us to the appropriate person, such as the broker who worked with us and her.
It was clear to us that Christine knew the Phoenix Area very well, expecially the Chandler area, where we were eventually going to buy our home.
