Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. I am an Associate Broker with Century 21 ELITE located in Brooklyn Michigan, the heart of the Irish Hills which is home to over 60 different lakes and golf courses. I am a member of both the Jackson and Lenawee Associaton of REALTORS to better serve my buyers and sellers as this area stradles both. I am a dedicated full time REALTOR with a TRUE love of what I do. I have been in the business for over 6 years, and was awarded Rookie of the Year my first year, and have been a top producer in the area consistently each year. I was awarded top dollar producer in the Jackson Association of Realtors for 2006, and will certainly end up in the top tier when statistics are finalized for 2007. Education in our industry is critical to me. I hold the accredidations of ABR and GRI, and have succesfully completed e-buyer as well as just recently completing and passing the Nationsl Association of REALTORS Resort & Second Home Niche Markets course and exam. My focus is on second home buyers and lakefront sellers in the area, but I also work with a wide variety. I specialize in helping lakefront buyers sell, and LOVE working with buyers from areas in Ohio and East of our area such as Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Novi, Northville, Canton, Detroit, and down river who want great gettaways to the lakes for recreation and family time, and don't have the time to drive 5 hrs up North for the weekend. Our lakes offer offordable prices and great travel times of under 1.5 hours for these areas. I enjoy showing people our unique area, and how much recreationally and socially is available to the in this lake/golf region, and having a fun time doing it all. Areas of Expertise
My focus is on lakefront homes or unique and luxury Homes on golf course or land in the Irish Hills, Brooklyn, Onsted area of Jackson and Lenawee Counties. Second home buyers are great fun to show and sell the area to, and local home owners who sometimes decide to move to warmer climate after kids are older are always wonderful sellers/neighbors to help make their retirement dreams come true. Executve and luxury homes are a major part of what I do, as well as new construction. It's always fun to find brand new homes for people. Helping people feel comfortable and excited about major life decisions is a great responsibility, but is the extremely rewarding.
