  I highly recommend Barbara Baker to anyone looking for a buyer's agent in the Sedona area. My wife and I have worked with a number of good real estate agents before, but none compares to Barbara. She knows the real estate game; she knows Sedona; she knows houses. If there is something she doesn't know, she knows who to ask. Several times we had a question while touring a house and Barbara and her well-worn Blackberry had found the answer before we'd even left the house.

I've never seen an agent work harder. She's always available, ready to help out in any way. She's energetic, but never pushy; efficient, but always willing to take as much time as we wanted; encouraging, but ready to point out a negative.

To illustrate that last point: Midway through our search, we thought we'd found the ideal house. But, as we were finishing up our tour, Barbara noticed some subtle signs that worried her. Within minutes, she'd made some calls and pieced together some ominous history of the house. We dropped it from our short list, reluctantly, but relieved to have avoided a potential lemon.

In short, Barbara is the go-to person for buying a home in Sedona.
