In a small town I have learned that I need to be an expert on just about everything.  I primarily sell residential homes.  However, in the mix of the sales that I am involved with includes income property, commercial, and vacant land.  I believe that my true ability relies on my skill to listen to my clients and better understand their needs.  Follow up is probably the key to creating better communication and better results.  I try hard to make sure my client knows how events are progressing.  I feel that client deserves current rather than old news.  Don't be left in the dark and choose me to show you the light!
