Hello, my name is Victor Emeli.  I am a Electrical Engineer by schooling, but have been a real estate investor for the last 7 years.  This is an industry that I really enjoy and it has been very good to me.  I believe that real estate is the fastest way for the average individual to build wealth in this country.  I look to educate my clients, as well as provide them with excellent service.  Through real estate I was able to become financially secure .... well I am still single, so that makes it easier :). 

I enjoy real estate so much I used my engineering background to create a Building Wealth Through Real Estate website called HouseWealthy.com.  It is an interactive website that features real estate related audio interviews and how to videos conducted by me.  It has a user forum, and allows visitors to submit interesting articles that they find on the web.  I have other ideas for connecting users with others so that they can compare and discuss their current real estate situation, activities, and ideas.  I also have a Financial Freedom Through Real Estate Blog that is constantly updated with wealth building tips, laws, and strategies.
