I deliver full service Residential and Commercial Mortgage lending resources to homeowners looking for assistance. My clients and partners have access to a full catalog of mortgage products. Because we bank our own residential loans, I can often close a home loan in 5 to 7 days of submitting a full package.
My company is a technology oriented shop. As both bakers and brokers we are able to provide a full suite of products, fast and accurate approvals , and timely closings.
The changes in the real estate industry have been really challenging, but there is just nothing else that I want to do. I love the real estate arena. I love making a deal happen when two brokers before me said it couldn't be done. And, I love the kleenex moments with my first time homebuyers...
In my short ten years in the real estate arena I have been an investor, realtor and lender. I believe in service, not sales pitches. I never say no - just not "now" - and - I never ask a client to sign a deal that I would not sign myself.

The Housing Ministry project is dedicated to building educational opportunities for the community. If you would like to design and present a lending program to your group let me know. We'll design and launch a program that will guarantee fair lending practices, low rates and rebates at closing!
Residential Loan Modification
I work with two New Jersey attorneys that provide home loan modification. Fees for both attorneys are less than $2000. Both DO NOT outsource. they manage their own casework.
