Hi from Chapel Hill and The Triangle!

After living in Chapel Hill for 25 years and being in the business of home building and real estate the entire time, I know all of the secrets of this special town-the homes, neighborhoods, businesses and the stories behind them. Let me tell you a little about Chapel Hill and then let my experience guide you in the search for your perfect escape home. My whole family is involved in real estate, building and development and it's been a natural progression for me.  My earliest memories are of riding around "the job" in my fathers jeep. I started working for him selling lots and beach houses durning the summers while I was in college and then when  I moved to Chapel Hill in 1980 I became a homebuilder myself.  From 1980 to 1992  I built luxury homes in Chapel Hill and Durham. Since the early 90's I've been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs as well as representing some of the areas best builders. 

My years of experience and the resulting network of contacts in the Triangle have been a great benefit to my clients and me. For buyers I have the knowledge to make the whole process understandable and easy. I also understand and keep in mind the resale potential of the different homes. I love helping people realize their dreams.

For sellers I understand what's behind the walls and can explain with credibility what quality features make a home special. I have the experience to to help prepare and stage the home to maximize the price and minimize the time on the market.
