I am a member of the National, State (North Carolina), and Local (Fayetteville) Association of Realtors.  I earned the Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR), and use it to help buyers negotiate the best terms for their transaction.  I'm an Army Veteran and have served the Fayetteville, Ft. Bragg, Pope AFB, and surrounding area for over 10 years.  I have served in the 44th Medical Bdr, 82nd Airborne Divison, and Womack Army Medical Center, while at Ft. Bragg.  I understanding the process of relocating to a new area and I will provide excellent service to make your relocation, or move a smooth one.  We work closely with Builders to build your dream home.  I'm a builder representative.  We work with banks, assets management company to manage and list their REO'S(Real Estate Owned) properties.  When we work with banks to sell their inventory give real estate investor a chance to renovate the properties and put these properties back on the market and help improve the subdivisons.  We are equip to help buyers and sellers of commercial real estate properties to complete their transactions.
