I managed remodeling and new construction companies for 20 years. .  For the last 7 years I have inspected full time and have inspected over 2,800 residential homes.

I know houses pretty well.     When I inspect a home, I often know the kinds of concerns I will find even before I enter the front door.  Many homes have the same kinds of concerns, depending on their age, kind of construction, and materials used to construct.

This is the perspective I bring to my inspections.  I put  concerns into perspective.  I have personally repaired or managed repairs on most of the items I report on, I am aware of the extend of repair and the consequences of not repairing.

Every house has a to do list.  A good inspector recognizes concerns and identifies these concerns with proper perspective.  Good training and experience allows an inspector to do that.
