Ian started his real estate career with Re/Max and achieved great success. Ian received the Rookie of the Year award as the top selling new Re/Max agent in the Chicagoland Area his first year in business and continued to be a top producer. Ian grew the business with the HomeCourt Team with four licensed agents and two full time office staff. The HomeCourt Team was in the top 20 out of 485 teams in Northern Illinois and helped about 130 families a year find or sell their homes.
Ian is now focusing on growing the business in Florida with The Dream Homes Team. Ian is actively involved in the community including, Director of Ormond Beach Kiwanis and member of Kiwanis International, Key Club Advisor at Seabreeze High School and Youth Scholarship Chair, volunteering at local schools, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Ian is an active member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, Economic Prosperity Committee, Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International (BNI). Ian is looking forward to spending the rest of his life helping people in the community and helping people find their next dream home.
