Description
I focus on attention to detail in working with homebuyers and realtors. While every home may not be perfect for everyone, it IS perfect for someone.

The most overlooked aspect of buying a new home is the home inspection. Some people just aren't aware of this process and bypass it altogether. What I tell people looking for an inspector is to go with your gut. Sometimes you can just tell if someone will deliver what they promise. I will tell every client I speak with that I may not be the cheapest or the most expensive. But, if you want the real dirt on a home I am the right inspector for you. Once I have inspected a home, I will convey my findings to you in a professional report. I will help you understand your options if we find items in need of repair or replacement. I also touch base with the realtor reps involved in the transaction so that nothing gets lost in translation. In this process, we all need to be on the same page. In short, I will go above and beyond for all of my clients, ensuring that every aspect of the inspection process goes off without a hitch.

I take a personal interest in my clients well being. When they hire me to inspect their new home, they are asking me to take care of their family in a sense. Sometimes all it takes is me saying " everything looks good on this one," or "I think you should consider having some new railing installed around that stairwell leading upstairs." All anyone really wants is a little assurance that they are doing the right thing and making a sound decision. That is what I provide for each and every client. Peace of mind.

As a person, I love the outdoors. Maybe that was part of the reason I became a home inspector. One of my favorite outdoor activities is riding my horse, Sage. she is now 4 years old and pretty as can be. There is no other feeling in the world as the wind whipping past you as you hold on for dear life at a full gallop on a horse. Something worth trying for all you city folks maybe.

Another favorite activity I enjoy is fishing. It doesn't matter if it's from a riverbank on a sunny afternoon, floating out on a lake in my boat, or drilling a hole through the ice. My wife and I really enjoy spending time outside and just"goin fishin."That is just one of the many benefits of living in my neck of the woods. You can't turn around without running into a lake. Anyway, I hope the past few paragraphs have let you get to know me a little bit. I look forward to getting to know all of you in the future. Have a great day!!
