"Ian was a pleasure to work with. He was able to supply me an extensive list of available homes in the area within my price range. One of the many comforting things in dealing with Ian is that he really listened and understood what I was looking for and delivered. He found me the perfect house in a great area. Ian marshall has one of the best Atlanta real estate blogs I have ever read!."
~Marty Sullens, Marietta, GA
"Ian was a gift from God when I was relocating to Atlanta from Florida. I felt totally comfortable purchasing my new home from another state. Ian was professional, knowledgeable and always available to me even for the silliest of questions! I love my new home, but if I were to sell it and buy another one I would absolutely choose Ian for the job!"
~Stephanie Cannon
"Thank you for your dedication and hard work; you went well above the call of duty to make this a smooth transaction. By far, this has been the best experience ever with a real estate agent. I appreciate your strong knowledge of the market, and look forward to working with you again."
~Chad Dixon, St. Simons Island, GA.
"Ian, Frank and I can't thank you enough for everything you did during our house hunt. After researching the internet and seeing your testimonials we knew you were the Realtor for us. Due to our quick move and the bad timing to go house hunting (Thanksgiving weekend), we were amazed that you were able to take time away from your family to help us with our house hunt. Moving from Jacksonville, Florida to Georgia and only having two days to find a home, we know we couldn't have done it without you.
The second we met, you greeted us warmly and gave us a three ring binder with information about every house and a map, this confirmed that we made the right decision to have you as our realtor. We quickly began to think of you more as a close friend than as a realtor.
Without you the closing process would have never gone so smoothly. Your contacts in the industry from home inspections to home/car insurance and closing attorneys made this a seamless transaction. Total closing time took only 15 days. Now two weeks after moving in we are elated with our new home, neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Thank you for the fabulous house-warming gift! You're the best and we can't wait to have you and your lovely wife over for dinner!
We would highly recommend you to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home. Without question, we know who we will call for our next transaction. Thanks again!!"
~Lissette and Frank Pauley, Mableton, GA.
"After becoming frustrated with another agent, I decided to call Ian Marshall to help me sell my home, as well as find a new home. When I met Ian, his friendly personality and positive demeanor made a great first impression. Nonetheless, a good agent needs to have more than just a good personality to get results.......and Ian Marshall certainly does. Throughout the process, Ian constantly exceeded my expectations. He researched my area to ensure that my house would be marketed at the right price, and I actually sold my home for much more than I originally expected. As I looked for my new home, he made sure that he understood exactly what my needs were, and had many great properties lined up for me to see each time we met. As a result, I was able to find a new home in a relatively short amount of time. Ian is also great at follow up; I never had to wonder about the status of anything. He returned my phone calls promptly, and often proactively reached out to me to keep me informed. It is clear to me that Ian has a true passion for what he does, and has a genuine interest in meeting his client's needs. I HIGHLY recommend Ian for anyone looking to buy or sell your Atlanta home!"
~Chanda Washington, Atlanta, GA
"My fiancee and I couldn't have been more pleased working with Ian. From beginning to end, his professionalism, hard work, and knowledge of the Atlanta schools made buying our first home easier than I could have ever imagined. We knew from the minute we saw our house that it was exactly what we had been looking for and Ian was the one that made it all happen. We came out of this experience knowing that Ian is someone we can trust and will always look out for our best interests. He came highly recommended to us and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house."
Thanks again for everything,
~Ben & Rachel Blakeley, Marietta, GA

"Ian, thank you so much for all of your help in finding our Intown Atlanta home. You were a class act! On our first trip, you had an organized plan, complete with a 3 ring binder and information on each of the Atlanta subdivisions we would view. Always flexible, you changed your plan when our needs required it, and you were willing to go the extra mile to show us "our house" additional times. As well, your friendly ways enabled us to feel comfortable and to know that you would be willing to help us, even after we purchased the house. Thanks for the lovely house-warming gift. You are so very thoughtful."
~Michael and Amber Puline, Ossining, NY
"Thank you so much for handling the sale of our duplex. We are very pleased with both the selling price and with how quickly and easily Ian handled all the details that can quickly go awry if left unattended. If we buy or sell again in Atlanta, we want Ian as our agent!"
~Janie & Dan K., Atlanta, GA
"As a small business owner looking to purchase a building for my business, I faced a lot of questions. Since this would be my first commercial purchase, I probably had even more questions of my own. Thankfully, I was able to enlist Ian's services. Ian not only found me the perfect building for my business but you also took the time to educate and inform me about local trends and issues along the way. Ian found us an excellent building in a preferred location for a very reasonable price. I wasn't sure that was going to be possible."
~Darrell R., Emerald Data Networks, Marietta, GA
"Without a doubt, Ian Marshall was extremely helpful in helping me and my wife locate and purchase our first home. In every way, he went the extra mile. Although Ian is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, his greatest qualities are caring for his clients and passion for his work. This may sound "cheesy" but it isn't meant to be...we not only found a home through this process...we gained a friend."
~Billy Nolan, NPCC World Missions, Alpharetta, GA
"we called Ian to try and find a first home. After finding out some information about Ian narrowed down a couple of areas of Atlanta for us. After just showing us a few homes Ian had our tastes and preferences down. He landed us in a nice home close to both of our jobs which allows us to have more time together, instead of being caught in frustrating traffic. Ian was a complete part in securing our home for us. He met with the home inspector to make sure that our house was sound and in good shape and also did a complete check of the area to make sure that we were in a neighborhood that was going to see a nice increase in value. I would recommend Ian to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in the Atlanta area."
~Andy Sandlin, Atlanta, GA
"After moving to Atlanta from Charlotte, NC in April 2004, we were completely overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a home. In addition to not knowing the city and which neighborhoods would suit our needs best, we were also concerned about neighborhood schools, living inside versus outside the perimeter, home prices, traffic and the famous Fulton County taxes. Faced with a daunting amount of research, we resigned ourselves to pay a hefty monthly rent for a small house for at least a year before getting started. However, as previous homeowners, this situation didn't suit us. Luckily, we decided to contact Ian to see if he could help us out. He immediately jumped into action and began to educate us on the real estate market in Atlanta. To make our search most efficient, he began by giving us virtual tours of all the different Atlanta neighborhoods. After narrowing down the areas we wanted to look at, we hit the road and took a real tour. Ian did a great job as a tour guide. He pointed out everything from the differences in architecture to the traffic flows for each area. Thanks to Ian's upfront due diligence, it didn't take long to find the perfect home for us. We were also pleased with Ian's numerous professional contacts! He referred us to an excellent mortgage broker, contractor, building inspector and attorney. His excellent working relationships with all of these people made every step of buying a home easy and seamless. Ian exceeded our expectations in every way and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house."
~Tommy and Kristen Whisnant, Charlotte, NC
"When my fiancée and I began looking for our first home, we had to make a lot of important decisions for the first time in our lives; the best decision we made was choosing Ian Marshall as our real estate agent. What we thought would be a stressful and lengthy process turned out to be a quick and pleasurable experience. In a few conversations with Mr. Marshall, he was able to understand our situation and exactly what we wanted. We only looked at 3 or 4 houses before finding the perfect home. And the process did not end there. Mr. Marshall helped us negotiate a lower price including additional renovations, and the seller paid all of the closing costs!"
~Edward McConnell, Marietta, GA
"Ian helped me buy the exact Midtown condo that I wanted, for a great price and within the time-frame that I needed. He took care of all of the details, and made buying easy."
~Bradford Baker, Los Angeles, CA
"I moved from San Diego to Atlanta with hopes of getting my first home. Thanks to Ian Marshall this was accomplished in a relatively short amount of time. Like other people looking for their first home, I had a lot of reservations. I didn't know anything about buying a house and had many questions regarding mortgages, closing costs, home inspections, etc. The list was very long to say the least. Ian was able to get me the answers to all these questions and more importantly he could explain them to me. There is a big difference. I have been in my home for about a year now and I know for a fact that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thankfully, I had a Realtor like Ian who made the transition from apartment living to owning my first home an easy and rewarding experience."
~Steve McCullough, San Diego, CA
"Working with Ian made selling my home a positive experience. His dedication and professionalism was apparent from day one. Ian was always available for any questions that arose and quick to respond for anything I needed. Anyone interested buying or selling a Chamblee home, Ian comes highly recommended."
~Brad Hill, Brookhaven, GA
