About Us:
Hi! Im a lifelong resident of the Danville area and have much experience in the housing industry. I have been a realtor since 1996 and have seen incredible growth in my market. Previous to becoming a Realtor, I owned my own retail Interior Design Center in Danville. My exposure to many homes in the area has been a useful tool for my sucess in real estate. I have been awarded the Coldwell Banker Elite award for outstanding agents for the past 3 years and see no reason for this to drop off. I have closed in excess of 50 units the past 3 years. I am currently working on my New Team that would include my wife Heather Cunningham who began her carreer in real estate in 2007. She personally closed 18 units her first year. We are both excited about our market and hope to offer seller and buyer services that work to your advantage. We are very active full time realtors that feel our clients needs come first. We have personally developed new buyer and seller programs that take the guess work out of buying and selling. Given the scope of our current market we don't specifically specialize. I like to think that our market is small enough to serve the needs for anyone interested in purchasing a retirement home or first time buyers needing guidance and experience. I have worked with many investors for the area as well as commercial developers, first time buyers, secondary housing, retirement buyers, and sellers of all types.
