"STAGING" CONSULTATIONS:  We prepare a comprehensive report for the seller  giving expert advice for the Do-It-Yourselfer, guiding them in how to best prepare their home as a marketable product to stand out in a competitive market   . . . included is an exterior curb appeal evaluation as well as an interior room by room evaluation . . .

"STAGE" ONE: We transform your home, working only with the sellers existing furniture and accessories,  to achieve the best possible look . . . 

"STAGE "TWO: We transform your home, working with existing furniture and accessories along with the addition of key prop accessories needed for an updated, more eye appealing look . . .

"STAGE "THREE:  We transform your home as in STAGE TWO, but with the addition of any necessary furniture pieces needed to complete the look . . .

"STAGE "FOUR:  We transform your VACANT property with the addition of key prop accessories to warm and accentuate the key areas of the home . . .

"STAGE" FIVE":  We transform your VACANT property creating a complete "Model Home" furnishings package . . .
