Ivan grew up in Budapest, Hungary, spent over a decade in the New York metropolitan area where he developed a wide circle of influence. Ivan also has many Washington DC connections.  This enables him to tap into two large areas with high income professional buyers. For entertainment, fun and relaxation, Ivan enjoys sailing, boating, scuba diving, wake boarding, kite surfing, dancing, eating gourmet food and meeting intelligent, open minded and interesting people.
