About Us:

My name is JD Terry and I am a Mortgage Banker with East Carolina Bank.   I have helped hundreds of families achieve the American Dream over my past five years in the industry.  I look forward to the opportunity to earn your trust and confidence as your personal Mortgage Advisor.

I have called Wilmington and the surrounding area home for the last 18 years.  I attended middle school at Noble and went to high school at E.A. Laney where I played soccer.  Upon graduating I could not see myself leaving the area, so I applied to UNCW.  Four years later I earned my B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Marketing.  After graduating I married my wife of 7 years, Beth, who I met at UNCW.  She and I have a beautiful daughter, Emerson Page, who is now 1 yr old!  In my spare time I enjoy chasing around Emerson, going out on our boat, fishing, and playing a bit of soccer when I can. 

With all of that going on somehow I find time to also donate my time to the following organizations:
