I felt that I was in over my head by being a first time buyer, young, and new to real estate world. A co-worker pointed me in the best direction and my life has been wonderful ever since. When I first meet up with Ilyasha, she made the idea of buying a home convenient and easy. I felt that she took the best routes by getting me approved for a home loan first, and then searching for my dream home. The home that I purchased was exactly my style, had some new renovations, and was priced extremely well.
The house was pending by another couple, but the couple wasn't for sure if they could get a home loan. I told Ilyasha I had to have this house because it felt like love at first site.
