I most enjoy working with buyers WHY ?, That way I get a much better pulse on the current state of todays market most days I am out looking at property which can mean a 100 or so properties a month.With that much activity I get a full feel as to what is currently going on here...You need an agent that can explain,gulf access,sailboat access, bridge no bridge,freshwater,which canal system connects to where.What are the best lakes to have access too.Where are assessments what are they and how much and how does that affect you and the list goes on..So give me a try and you will not thrilled you did...Plus if you like to work with short English buys then that's even better.
