I am very motivated, keep my clients (buyers/sellers) informed.  Unlike others I do return ALL calls immediately!  I market the seller's house in a variety of forms. For the buyer's, I get them preapproved and help them find a home work with them through out the process to closing.  I am currently attending GRI classes and will complete by 1st quarter of 2008 !  I will then continue on for my broker's license to become more educated in the real estate field and for my credentials.  I am honest, upfront and fair with both sellers and buyers.  I treat people the way I want to be treated !  I work closely with the loan officer through out the process of the loan to settlement and do not keep the buyers in the dark !   I love my job, very upbeat, motivated and I make certain all the T's are crossed and I's are dotted !

I specialize in ALL types of buyers, from first time to higher end and investors !  I market in Martinsville, Va and all surrounding areas of Henry County, Va including Patrick County.  I have had my license 2 years (2005) and my first year as a Realtor made "Rookie of the Year" award and received the "Silver" award for selling over $1 million dollars my first year !  I have a 4 year degree in Business Management, prior to real estate had a 17 yr career with Sprint Telephone Co. as an Engineer.   I love what I do and love to make people happy and have a buyer or seller satisfied !
