Ms. H. quotes: I told Sandra I would like to buy a house, but I am a single mom with no savings to purchase a home for my boys.  Sandra quoted: "How much money do you have to invest in this property?" I quoted, "$500.00" Sandra quoted, "I can get you into a home for less than $500.00, if you follow my instructions." My good faith deposit was $100.00 and the seller accepted my offer.  Sandra's real estate broker could not believe Sandra got this offer accepted with an $100.00 deposit.  He announced her accomplishment in their next sales meeting and quoted, "Anything is possible." I closed escrow on a beautiful house (FHA Loan) that was only 5 years old and received $200.00 back at close of escrow. Mr. S. and Mr. J quotes:  Sandra always have our best interest in mind as buyers and sellers.  She sold several land properties for us with 80% profit to us at close of escrow.  When it was time to purchase property, she always steer us in the right direction.  We have purchased several land properties and sold the same properties 6-7 months later with a 80% rate of return. Example: If we purchase a property for $500,000.00, she put it back on the market for 50%-60% more within 6-7 months later.  All we know, escrow holder calls us to pick up our check. Mr. K.:  I called Sandra and told her I would like to purchase property in a certain area and she will contact the land owner and hand deliver my offer to them to view and sign.  I purchased 6.9 acres of land on the main drive for less than $80,000.00 two year ago.
