This home inspection specialist offers a background of over twenty five years first hand experience in the construction and remodeling of commercial and residential buildings. A jouneyman tradesman in the fields of carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electrical and HVAC, is also proficient in computers, project management, and has excellent problem solving skills.

I was looking for an independent home inspector. I came to know Richard through a web search. His charge was higher than others, but I did not mind hoping for a more thorough report. Rich turned out to be worth the investment. He worked tirelessly for more than four hours reporting on every detail. He used hi-tech equipment and provided a detailed report with photos the following morning. The contract with the seller did not proceed. I will certainly ask Rich to do the inspection for the next house I consider buying. I would recommend Real Estate Inspectors Group to home buyers who desire a thorough home inspection.

My girlfriend and I recently had our newly purchased condominium inspected a week before closing. I can honestly say that the Inspection and Inspector where TOP NOTCH. Very professional and detailed with regards to the overall inspection process. I could immediately tell the years of experience as I spoke and asked questions regarding the entire inspection process. Richard (Inspector) was ontime and would return phone calls on an immediate notice and was always willing to ease any concerns I would have at the present time. The inspection was completed in just under 2 hours and was VERY DETAILED and to the point. I almost felt as if he (Richard) was planning on purchasing the unit himself.

The final report was again, structured and to the point, which included both the problem, recommended resolution and required action to be taken prior to initial purchase.

Richard of Real Estate Inspectors Group arrived early and was well into the inspection of our condominium by the time we showed up for the appointment. With that said, Richard spent a few more hours checking every door and window, testing every electrical outlet, etc. He was very professional and emailed us a detailed inspection report within hours of completing the inspection. Our experience with Real Estate Inspectors Group earned them our highest accolade. When we were looking for a home inspector we checked out the backgrounds of several different inspectors. We believed this to be very important. Does the inspector bring anything to the task other than a license? The important consideration for us was what the home inspectors did BEFORE becoming an inspector. Our question was, "Would we rather have a marketing professional who became an inspector, or someone who had been in the building/remodeling business for 20 years?" We chose the latter. As a result of Richard's extensive construction experience, he was able to accurately evaluate the condition of the house and was able to determine why certain conditions existed. Richard also provided a computer generated inspection report detailing his findings along with digital pictures of the home and discovered flaws. All in all, a very thorough and professional job.
