By using state of the art professional report writing software, we deliver a report that is a comprehensive, easy to read report with a summary page listing major concerns and digital photos so that you have a visual reference point of those issues. The report is delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. This gives us ample time to review and process the report. The last thing you want is someone rushing through to give you a report onsite that could be missing valuable information.
Our inspections last from 2-4 hours depending on the size of the home. We encourage you to attend the inspection so that we can familiarize you with the home and point out defects to you so that you can have an understanding of what may be occurring.
