About Us:

Mathew L. Curtner, 33, a real estate professional investor and holder of a real estate degree from Arizona State University who is a licensed realtor and the founder of a publicly traded company, Charter Equities, Inc., that invests in various real estate projects from single family homes to RV dealerships.

Areas of Expertise

I have been working in the Arizona real estate market since I graduated ASU with my real estate degree in 1998. I have worked in commercial real estate with a focus on retail, I have owned a residential real estate company, and I now am focusing on Arizona investment properties. My primary focus is working with investors to maximize the returns on the current portfios as well as investing in Arizona real estate NOW before the values (profits) start going up again.
