About Me:
Empty Nest? I found I didn't have the blues, as much as I was ready to fly. I was ready to try new things. That's when I started to educate myself on real estate investing. I started investing in real estate in 2000. It's been fun. I have learned some of the in's and out's of investing. My other interests are serving the Lord in mission work in the U.S. by going on projects that build or repair, and show the recipients God's love. My grandchildren are my love and delight. I have four grandson's, and one granddaughter from the ages of 11 mo. to 5 years. They are sweethearts.

Areas of Expertise
I have experience in several different types of real estate investing. Besides the typical buy and hold, rental properties, I have done sandwich lease option, straight lease option,and subject to. Real estate agents have been used in some transactions, and some transactions they have not been used. I have sold properties myself, most of the time. but offer a good buyer's agent commission. I have also done some rehab and sold the properties. Although many times mobile homes are not actual real estate, I have used the same principles for purchasing, rehabbing, and selling mobile homes. I offer owner financing when I can, for all, or part of the purchase price. I continually educate myself on real estate investing, and am a member of North Metro Real Estate Investor's Association, and National Real Estate Investor's Association. I have a
private blog to educate investor's, and agents/brokers on real estate investing.
