James Iodice has been negotiating and dealing in commercial real estate since 2000. He is a licensed Associate Broker. The State of Michigan requires considerable additional educational and licensing requirements for this accreditation. James currently holds the position of Vice President - Brokerage Services at Skyline Property Group, Inc.

An expert in the Tri-County area, James has also successfully negotiated countless lease and sale transactions in Michigan, with deals as far west as Grand Rapids.
