Experience and Philosophy

I work primarily as a consultant for both my buyers and sellers. The object is to be referrable so I strive to earn the trust of my clients by treating each one, regardless of budget and income, as if they are the most important customer that I have.

I currently have my ABR certification (Accredited Buyer Representative) and have started working on my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) I also have additional training from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission on 1st Time Homebuyer financing programs available through the state.

Areas of Expertise

I work very well with relocation clients whether they are just graduating from college, retiring or coming to Washington State for a new job opportunity. I am able assess their wants and needs and match them to a community with the best mix of amenities for them.  

My other area of expertise is First Time Homebuyers. I truly enjoy working with them to find the homes of their dreams and using my knowledge of Washington State bond programs to help them stretch their housing dollars.

Many of my clients are educated professionals who appreciate my knowledge of local housing statistics, pricing and availability. Since I don't confine myself to South King County exclusively, I usually have a "broad brush" approach to the real estate residential market in the Puget Sound and can discuss many parts of the marketplace intelligently.
