About Us:
I work with a great bunch of people - a total of 300 real estate agents with a vast amount of expertise in residential, commercial, condominium, country, leisure investment properties to name a few. On my direct team, I have two wonderful Buyer Agents that are here to assist you in selling, buying or investing in real estate. The whole team is bilingual with a great amount of energy and enthusiasm for the work we do. Internet savy, tonnes of marketing skills and we really know our product (real estate).
Myself, I'm a seasoned real estate agent with years of experience in construction, waste management and sales to name a few. I enjoy what I do and that reflects in the results I attain. For a positive hard working professional - give me a call.
When I'm not working - I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, enjoying a movie, dinner, walks by the river with our dog, Molly, and having fun.
Areas of Expertise
My specialty is residential but I'm quite comfortable dealing with commercial and multiple unit transactions. I thoroughly enjoy working with first time home buyers - the challenge of finding the home that meets all their needs and wants and within their budget.
Working with folks that are upgrading to a larger home is also a lot of fun - maybe purchasing a new build. Here I advise my Buyers which builders have the best reputation which locations are preferable to others.
But, listing a house is the most fun, getting it ready for sale, professional staging, professional photographer, putting up the sign, hosting Open Houses and negotiating the offers. When there are multiple offers, then the real fun begins. Ensuring that the Seller gets the best deal possible. Love it!
The other area of expertise that I enjoy and have helped many people with their investment properties. Sometimes, its just a small one bedroom condo to rent out and sometimes its a quadruplex.
What makes it interesting is that every day is different and every client has different needs.
