I first had the opportunity to meet Michael when he was providing communications capabilities at my place of employment. After knowing Michael a couple of years, I mentioned that I was getting married and my fiance and I had decided to sell my house and feather our married nest at his home. Michael excitedly jumped at the chance to sell my home for me. This was wonderful news to me... Afterall, our plans were to be married in a mere 5 months times! He quickly offered suggestions on improvements or changes we could make to the house to enhance curb appeal and safety. He then called me back with a price that seemed right in the middle of the price range that I was considering. Within 2 days of first talking with Michael about my plans, the yard sign was in place, the asking price was set, the ads were on his real estates' website and the MLS was listed. By the 4th day we had interested parties looking at the house. On the sixth day, we had an offer that was very close to the asking price and the deal was done. 6 DAYS!!!
