Areas of Expertise

I was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia in the West Kootenay area. Therefore, I know the area well and am second to none when asked about buying and selling in the area.  I worked for the provincial government for 18 years and therefore, am well versed on the politics of our beautiful province.  I worked in property management and attainted my Real Property Adminstrator Diploma through BOMI, Building Owners and Managers Institute International.  Working with buyers and sellers is a passion of mine and I do not give up until I have helped both come away with feeling they got what they wanted.  A win win situation if what I strive for.  It is so rewarding for me to watch a buyer receive their dream home and, the seller to feel satisfied they got what they wanted in the deal as well.  

I also like to help people from other areas relocate to this beautiful area therefore, I send them maps and recreation brochures so they are prepared when they actually do arrive.  Showing them our beautiful lakes and mountains is a bonus part of my job.
