About Iris...

Diligence, patience, and a positive attitude are all qualities Iris Stuart brings to her practice of real estate.  So are her attention to detail and her dedication to her clients, whether it’s the purchase, the lease, or the sale of a home.

Before obtaining her real estate license, Iris worked for the Sonoma County Superior Court for nearly 25 years where she specialized in all facets of probate procedure.  Widely respected for her integrity and knowledge, Iris taught probate filing procedures to court clerks throughout California.  As a result of her years of experience, Iris has successfully navigated complex issues and paperwork, and solved problems effectively.

Buying one’s first home can feel like an emotional rollercoaster - intimidating, stressful, and confusing.  Iris feels that it should also be exciting, educational, and fun!  She draws on her experience to help smoothly guide first time buyers through the process of purchasing their home, explaining the steps in detail, and facilitating a win/win result.  Iris believes that “customer service” not only includes being available, practicing great communication skills, including really listening to the needs of her clients, but also telling people the truth – not just what they may want to hear.  It also means following through, and following up.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Iris Stuart who represented your agency. We gave Iris a list of amenities we were looking for in pursuit of a rental property. Iris quickly had a list of homes within our budget and with our desired needs. As we found homes we were interested in Iris advised us to submit applications as these showcased homes rent fast. We had many laughs through this process and when we picked up the keys to our new home Iris extended her hand for a congratulatory hand shake. I was so pleased with her service that I hugged her and said thank you.
