About Us:

22 years of experience and knowledge of the local real estate covering the Greater Ithaca area and surrounding communities. I was born and raised in Ithaca, went away to colllege and then back to Ithaca to start my real estate career. My first company was Dick Wilsen Real Estate Gallery of Homes. In 1990 that company closed and Coldwell Banker Shaw Real Estate began to evolve. First we started as Wilsen Associates Real Estate and then in 1991 Robert Shaw, owner and principal broker, bought into the Coldwell Banker program and we have been sailing ever since. I am one of the original members along with Robert Shaw. We are now part of a larger 5 office group called Coldwell Banker George T Decker which covers a large swath of Central New York and the Finger Lakes region.

My years of success are based on treating my clients and fellow professionals with respect. I am a hard working devoted professional that has built up a business based on knowledge, professionalism and experience. I feel that a strong work ethic, prompt response time and listening to my clients has contributed towards myself being a consistent top producer with the office, local board and within the region.

For the sellers, the marketing plans that I implement have the ability to benefit both the lower and higher priced homes. For buyers, my knowledge of local market trends and conditons is a huge asset during the search process.
