"I am never to busy to help your friends and family, referrals are always welcome"
I am a Broker In Charge and a Certified ShortSale/Foreclosure Resouce Property Expert and can help you or your friends and family with their short sale.
With 10 years' experience, I have what it takes to navigate this challenging real estate market. Let me tell you about Western North Carolina and why to make your next home here!
Short Sales and Foreclosures - The New "Traditional" Transaction
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I am able to help you if you are in a distressed situation with your home. Perhaps you are eligible for a loan modification. I will explain all your options and then you can make the best decision for you and your family. If your decision to sell, my experience can guide you through the process. I love relocating Buyers! With you, it's about way more than the house. It's about the commute, the schools, the shopping, the cultural activities, dentists, doctors, the vet and more. My patience never runs thin and no question is unwelcome. Ask away, that's what I am here for! If Idon't know the answer, we'll get it for you.
What sets me apart is our attention to detail, our continued follow up without being pushy. I want to build relationships, not just get a paycheck. My goal to Buyers is that you receive outstanding service and find your dream home. My goal to Sellers is to sell your home in the fastest time with the least amount of inconvenience to you, and put the most money in your pocket.
People contact me years later to sell or buy because of the meaningful relationship we developed.
I equip my Sellers and Buyers with the knowledge they need to make educated decisions, then negotiate hard on their behalf.
My internet marketing is above and beyond most other agents in the business. Even though I am not the youngest agent in our office, I am the most 'techy!' My Multiple Listing Service guy labeled me as "Power Users" when we recently and often ask them for better services from the company they employ.
I am fun to work with!
No question is too unimportant, and you will be treated with courtesy and respect.
I am always easy to reach!
I love people!
I am honest!
I will tell you the truth even if it means it's a deal breaker. I also recommend inspectors who are 'deal breakers' because we don't want you to buy a house without having the most thorough people we know looking it over.
About Franklin, North Carolina
Franklin is large enough to offer almost everything you need, yet small enough to offer the highest quality of life. While the area is famous for its rural beauty, it is by no means isolated. Franklin is situated along major highways US 23/441 and US 64, with easy access to major interstates I-40, I-26 and I-85. Atlanta, GA is just 127 miles to the south, while Knoxville, Tennessee is only 110 miles to the North and Asheville, NC is 65 miles to the east.
Nearly half of Macon County, of which Franklin is the county seat, lies within the Nantahala National Forest. Comprised of over a half-million acres of unspoiled beauty, this magnificent forest is just waiting to be explored. The Nantahala is the largest of the four national forests in North Carolina.
Spectacular waterfalls, fantastic hiking trails, pristine fishing streams and abundant wildlife are among the area's many natural treasures.
Gem Capital of the World
The natural heritage of Franklin is not limited to mountain scenery and wildlife. The area is rich in gems and minerals and is a favorite spot for rockhounds of all ages. The interest in gems & minerals has also spawned one of the country's best know gem shows, the Macon County Gemboree. The event, held in July, draws thousands annually to Franklin. In fact, the original Gemboree has grown so popular that two other gem shows have been added to accommodate the interest; the Mother's Day Gemboree held in May and the Leaflooker's Gemboree in October.
After you've taken in the scenic and natural beauty of the area, you've yet to discover Franklin's main attraction... our people. Don't be surprised to be greeted by smiles and a friendly "Hello" from perfect strangers as you make your way around the town.
Each year Franklin offers numerous festivals and special events including, Pickin' on the Square, which features live music each Saturday night June through October in downtown. Discover our Scottish heritage during "A Taste of Scotland" in June. Plus enjoy the largest 4th of July celebration in western North Carolina right here in Franklin.
Nature's wonders, history and heritage, make Franklin, the ideal place for a relaxing, refreshing getaway or a truly awesome place to call home...
We extend a sincere invitation to "Enjoy the Beauty and Discover the Life" that awaits you in the beautiful mountains of Southwestern North Carolina.
