My mission is to eliminate some of the stress associated with buying a safe home for you & your family. By providing a no nonsence, easy to undertand, concise, home inspection report, with pictures for added clarity. My inspection report enables you to make an informed decision. I am an Illinois, licensed, insured, & certified, Home Inspector. My previous electrical, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, & construction experience, along with my extensive training, & the aptitude to combine these and other disciplines of the building sciences gives my clients a solid choice, and peace of mind knowing an experienced, full time inspector is working for them and only them.

I encourage my client(s) to be at the home inspection, or at the minimum, the last 30-45 minutes of the inspection, to go over the findings. . . I can adjust the appointment time to accommodate your schedule. Home buyers are especially encouraged to ask questions about any component. . .
