I am an Illinois licensed Home Inspector. . . My electrical, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, & construction experience. Along with my extensive training, & the aptitude to combine these and other disciplines of the building sciences gives my clients a solid choice and peace of mind knowing an experianced, full time inspector is working for them.

I encourage my client(s) to be at the home inspection, or at the minimum, the last 30-45 minutes of the inspection, to go over the findings. . . I can adjust the appointment time to accommodate your schedule. Home buyers are especially encouraged to ask questions about any component. . .
The scheduled inspection time is dedicated to evaluate the property. You will learn things that some people may take years to uncover. . . I believe knowledge is power. . .
