Honesty and Professionalism...
We've been using Jack's MLS website for years to understand real estate in the SouthBay area. To have this type of information available without asking for anything in return, spoke volumes on Jack's approach to real estate. Once we were ready to purchase property, we've contacted Jack to help us. We felt we've known him for years because of his many websites. We found Jack to be very open and honest from the very beginning. He would ask us what we were looking for and we begin to see homes that fit our criteria. Jack would never push us into anything that fit outside our budget or style. After seeing many homes, we realized that we could afford a bigger home. Jack adjusted his search and showed us homes with our new criteria. He even showed us homes in the neighboring areas to give us a better idea of the market in that area. During the relationship, he was always honest and professional with us and with the listing agents. Our purchase was very easy, as all parties were honest and open because of Jack. During the credit repair negotiations, Jack took our requests and educated the listing agent and seller on why we were asking for that sum. Since Jack saw it was a fair request, it was easy for him to sway them because the other parties also saw his honesty and professionalism. We would highly recommend Jack as a real estate consultant.
