As a Skagit County Native I know the importance of having access to local services. This was why I joined Whidbey Island Bank in May of 2007. I felt it was important to serve my local community with local services.
I came in to the mortgage industry at the peak of the "refinance boom", in 2001.
While working full time I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. As a Production Assistant I learned various programs to assist homebuyers in financing their dreams.
As a Real Estate Loan Officer for Whidbey Island Bank, I can offer homeowners and buyers a vast amount of options to assist them in their finances. While supporting "local" businesses.
Areas of Expertise
My experience includes refinances, purchases construction loans, renovation loans and home equity lines of credit. Through various loan programs I am able to help new homebuyers and experienced homebuyers with financing. There are several programs available to customers and my job is to assist buyers and homeowners in making the right decision. My experience with FHA/VA, Conventional and First Time Homebuyer programs has prepared me to assist customers with many different scenarios. We offer products tht include construction, renovation, government, lot loans, bridge loans, conventional loans and first time homebuyer programs.
