As a longtime resident of San Francisco, I'm very familiar with the city's demographics and believe in helping clients find the neighborhoods which suit the way they live--based on their interests and priorities--not just price.

For sellers, I use multiple technologies to promote properties including community bulletin boards, a custom property website, my own website, PDF flyers, and my monthly newsletter which reaches hundreds of readers. I reach out to targeted audiences and use traditional marketing methods including open houses and classified ads.

As a San Francico property owner, I have been throught the complex process of taking a TIC property through condo conversion. I keep up to date on San Francisco's current legislation regarding conversions and our difficult to navigate rent ordinance. TICs require a special agent to effectively advise clients on whether this type of ownership will suit them--and to help match them to both a TIC group and a property that meets their needs. For sellers, marketing a multiple unit property as TIC interests can effectively maximize sale price but requires an agent familiar with this type of ownership to market the property.
