About Jack:

Jack Lara is an Experienced Real Estate Agent.  Jack has been Practicing real estate since 1999 with hundreds of past customers.  Jack started out with a national franchise at ERA before moving on with private team practice where he work his way up from Buyer Specialist to Listing Specialist and then to Business Manager.  Jack averaged selling a home every 7 to 10 days.  As the Business Manager he organized the team from administration to the selling side by refining the systems and processes for buyers, home sellers, and agents.

Jack is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Realtor®, and Broker-Associate.  Jack joined Keller Williams Realty of Pensacola in October of 2007.  Jack specializes in residential real estate located in Pensacola, Cantonment, Milton, Pace, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach.  This includes condos, town homes, houses, and income producing properties.

 

Jack has a good understanding in investing in income producing homes because he is also an investor.  He can quickly evaluate a property and tell you whether a property has the potential to be a good investment.  He can also put you in contact with the right lender, handyman, electrician, plumber, and septic tank company.
