Who's Jack?

I wish I could tell you I am a life-long resident of Peekskill. It is certainly a wonderful community, and Dutchess, Orange,  Putnam and Westchester Counties are amongst the most beautiful I have ever seen. I can tell you, that I happily re-located to Highland Falls (Orange County), NY from Pacifica, (San Mateo County) CA. So, I know about moving! I know how hectic, frustrating, mind-boggling, frightening and exciting it can be all at the same time.

I was born in San Francisco, and raised in Pacifica with my 5 sisters and 2 brothers, to parents of Sicilian and Irish descent. Pacifica is a beautiful coastisde city of 40,000 residents, approximately 15 miles south from San Francisco, along the coast of the Pacific Ocean, and home to the world famous dungeoness crab sandwich at Nick's at Rockaway Beach.

I attribute my sense of honesty and integrity to my upbringing. My parents instilled in all of us children that working hard and treating others as I would be treated were paramount in life. My father once told me, "Son, the only thing you have in life is your word." I live my life, and treat my clients exactly alike. True to my word.

I can also tell you that I know Real Estate. I come from California, as an experienced Licensed Realtor Associate® . One thing is certain in any Market Climate...there isn't any more land being created. That makes your property all the more valuable. I am a former football coach at Terra Nova High School and Pacifica Pop Warner levels, and also a former baseball coach at both the high school and Little League levels.

Interests:

I am an avid San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants fan, but have always had a soft spot for the J-E-T-S  JETS! JETS! JETS!  (Sorry NY Giants fans). But, more so than sports, I am interested in seeing that you reach your goal; a Real Estate transaction that is  handled quickly, smoothly, and professionally to your fullest satisfaction.
