About Me:

I have years of Real Estate experience, starting my career as an assistant, learning the ropes, to being a Marketing Specialist for a small real estate office, and now being an agent on my own. I have been told by other Real Estate agents (from other companies and my own) that my marketing skills are smart, skillful, and superb.
My extensive knowledge of Tacoma, Downtown, and zoning laws allows me to answer questions that many agents would not be able to answer for their clients. I make sure I am aware of all the possibilities for the property before I list, maximizing the seller's profits. How many agents do you know that have the Tacoma Land Use Regulatory Code next to their desk at all times?
I am a member of NWMLS and CBA (Commercial Brokers Assoc.)
I also have experience in Residential Property Management as well as HOA Boards & Management.

As of December 2007 I am a board member of the New Tacoma Neighborhood Council.
