My clients become a part of my family. The majority of them are between 28 and 39. Working with these amazingly intelligent, active people helps keep me young and active too! I have lived in metro Denver for 51 years from Castle Rock to Evergreen to Erie and lots of places in between. I have a wide area of expertise and am familiar with most of metro Denver. I work with first time buyers, relocating corporate entities, children of past clients, etc. - who ever needs me, I work with them. To me a transaction is just that. It doesn't matter for how much or how little. In the past year I have sold a home for $1,165,000 and one for $89,500. Each client is equally important. I recently closed one of my listings that was at $949,000 and another that was for $225,000.
