About Joe

a little more background
I enjoy working with the first time home buyers and the credit challenged. My first "job" out of college was with Norwest Financial in So Cal as a credit manager, as I like to say before there were credit scores and along with 12 years of experience in the manufacture housing industry, I believe I have a unique view of our housing market in Western Colorado. I also am a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as Cren, while I do not practice as a Realtor, I believe and work and live by the Code of Ethics. I am also working on my GRI along with working on my golf game and my Dive Master certification, hey we cant work all the time.
