Having lived from San Jose to Redwood City to the coastside for over 20 years, we know the peninsula and south bay.   We are your Bay Area resource!  Our years of construction experience include building high-end homes from the ground up, remodelling, building additions, pest repair work, etc.  We excel at helping you prepare your home for sale, from understanding which projects to tackle to increase your selling price, to knowing the most efficient way to get the job done, to providing realistically-priced subcontractors, to choosing paint colors and making staging decisions, inside and out.

When you buy a home or property, you need to know it's condition.  We recommend a home inspection, and we'll also be present to make sure you see any issues and understand their severity and importance, as well as what it will really take to repair.  You also need to know what you might be able to do with the property in the future.  We've worked with the counties as well as many cities and can help unravel the permit process.  We can make sure you know the potential of what can be built on your property, and the reality of what it'll take to get it done.
