About Us:

Jake has been a mulit-million dollar producer for over 8 years.  He continues to focus on technology and effective marketing strategies to provide the best services to his clients.  He now is the Team Leader at the Elk River Keller Williams Office.

Jake graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in marketing and international business. Jake started his own company out of college selling real estate for an affluent real estate group.  His has since promoted Luehrs Real Estate under the Remax Brokerage. 

He has recently obtained his second MBA (Business Administration, Management) in his efforts to continously grow and become more effective at serving his clients.  He is now enrolled to obtain his Masters in Management.  He continues his personal develpment through his involvement with the Professional Standards Committee for the Minnesota Association of Realtors and being a member of Toastmasters International.  He now has starting holding seminars to help others in the industry be successful in both their business and personal lives!

I am so fortunate to have worked with Jake Luehrs as my realtor.  Buying a home can be a very scary time, especially when it's your first home.  Jake, however, made the entire process seem so easy.  He exceeded my expectations in so many aspects.  When I first started looking for a home, I had picked a few to look at.  Based on what we liked from those initial properties, Jake took the time to search for more properties to look at.  Of those he found, I ended up buying one of them!  He was very attuned to what qualities I was looking for in a home.  Throughout the rest of the process, he was always there to answer my questions.  If I wasn't calling him with questions, he was calling me to make sure I didn't have any concerns and to update me about what was going on.  Jake definitely made the home-buying experience much less stressful and so much more enjoyable.  I would not hesitate to recommend him as a realtor to any of my friends or family.  And if I buy another home in the future, Jake will be the first one I call to work with.  He is, after all, the reason I found my new home.
