About Us:
Jake has been a mulit-million dollar producer for over 8 years. He continues to focus on technology and effective marketing strategies to provide the best services to his clients. He currently is an active selling realtor that also manages the RE/MAX associates plus office in Rogers, MN.
Jake graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in marketing and international business. Jake started his own company out of college selling real estate for affluent real estate group. His has since promoted Luehrs Real Estate and his main company.
He has recently obtained his MBA in his efforts to continously grow and become more effective at serving his clients.
He grew up in the Rogers area and spent has spent nearly his whole life here with the exception of college. Jake welcomes the growth the the area and feels it will ultimately benefit each homeowner in one aspect to another.
Jake also focused his efforts in the commercial real estate industry. He continues to serve this coridor of the industry on a limited basis.

In starting my real estate career, I had recently graduated from college and had a lot of friends buying homes. I became an expert in the first time homebuyer market due to the amount of activity I received strictly from my friends. This has ultimately lead to many satisfied clients. Over 60% of my business is generated through referrals, so I give a lot of credit to my past clients that have helped me get to where I am today. With the progression of homebuying, many of the original first time homebuyers have turned into move-up buyers, which has acllimated me to other price ranges of the market. Since then, I have dealt with higher end homes and enjoy the challege of the luxury market.
