Description
Serving the real estate needs of fine folks in Cary, North Carolina and surrounding areas (Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, Durham and Chapel Hill).

About Us:

I'm a hard working single Dad and am blessed with two lovely daughters. We've lived in North Carolina for 11 years now and couldn't imagine a nicer place to live.  What's not to love about Cary, North Carolina?  Tall trees, mild winters, affordable housing, job growth, superlative health care, outstanding schools and friendly folks extending their southern hospitality make this a very special place!  Cary is growing like crazy, as are the neighboring towns of Raleigh and Apex

For most of my adult life, I've had a fascination with real estate.  I purchased my first home at the age of 24 and was hooked.  Since then I've bought, flipped, remodeled, and managed properties in multiple states.

Areas of Expertise

With Real Estate largely heading to the internet frontier, this cowboy is well positioned.  Ya talk’n computer experience, Tex?  I've got 20 years in the saddle.  Yippie-ka-yay!  I ride my trusty keyboard though web design’s dusty caverns and the verdant valleys of organic website promotion.  After a long day of real estate’n, I hang my hat in the musty SEO saloon.   The barkeep slides me a frosty one and I bend and ear towards the boys in forums carrying on bout Google’s “algi-ribums” n’such.

I’ve also wrangled my fair share of foreclosures and I’m no stranger to property management.

So if you need a seasoned pro to market your property to the far reaches of the internet, look no further.  This cowpoke from Colorado will get 'er done!
