About Me:

I've been an agent and investor for almost 10 years now. I have ranked #1 in my office in Volume (Commercial) and GCI for past 3 years. I am a heavy and disciplined cold caller (average 100-130 calls a day).  I deal "exclusively" in apartment buildings and commercial property nationwide. I currently buy and sell in 7 states and am looking in over 20 states.

My expertise is multifamily buildings, property management, HUD and HAP contracts in multiple states. I specialize in C class apartment buildings especially in Los Angeles and its surrounding counties. I am very well versed with Code Enforcement, Housing, Section 8, REAP, LAHD and other Los Angeles city and county authorities.

Out of State I own, operate and manage properties in Texas (Longview, DFW, Lubbock, Waco), Oklahoma (Oklahoma City) and Arkansas

In Los Angeles, I have done deals and covered areas ranging from, compton, inglewood, culver city, mar vista, downtown los angeles, san pedro, city of industry, koreatown, mid wilshire, echo park, westwood, brentwood, boyle heights, pasadena, glendale, long beach, mission hills, north hills, santa monica, beverlywood, rancho park, huntington beach, marina del rey, and various other parts of greater los angeles. I have dealt with single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, multifamily, apartment buildings, brick buildings, mixed use properties, motels and hotels, shopping centers, strip malls and new construction. I have dealt with city, city code enforcement, REAP, building and safety, los angeles housing department and los angeles health department on more occasions then i care to remember.
