What separates me from my fellow real estate agents can be, primary, summarized into two things, work ethic and knowledge.
1. Work Ethic-- I have a work ethic that is equaled by very few. I go out of my way for my clients, far above and beyond what most of my fellow Realtors can attest, and I have numerous testimonials to prove this fact.
2. Knowledge-- I have attended more than 500 hours of formal real estate and finance related training. I hold two B.S. degrees, my RRG, SRS, SRES, ABR credentials and I am a licenced property manager. What truly sets me above and beyond my peers, however, is the fact I am actively involved with the rehabilitation of properties. I assist in designing, coordinate the necessary contractors, and video logging for full cosmetic makeovers.
