I was self employed as a HBA homebuilder/subdivision developer/independent Realtor for 25+ years prior to purchasing an EXIT Realty franchise in Mobile, Alabama.  My background in building and land developement have given me great insight on not only the real estate industry but working with all types of people as well.  As the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Lyon, I enjoy helping people both by helping them buy or sell properties but also by teaching and coaching them on how to be successful as a Realtor.  Sue, my wife and I are also the Regional Owners for Mississippi and are having a blast selling new franchises and sharing the EXIT concept thoughout the state.
