Done-Deal Realty, Inc is a small, family-owned real estate company in Sturgis, Michigan. Carole Maddox is the broker. James Milliman is her business partner and son and is a licensed real estate salesperson employed with the company as well as co-owner.
Carole Maddox has 25+ years of previous real estate experience both in Michigan and Florida. She has been a real estate broker for over 10 years. Carole earned her Bachelor's degree from Jacksonville Univerity.
James Milliman Jr has been state licensed since 2005 and has been working under the supervision of Carole Maddox for the past 3 years. James did his undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University majoring in Communications and minoring in French.
