Hello Everyone,
I am your man for large project finance. Contact me with your projects over $10,000,000.
I participate in most all areas of real estate, however I am NOT a realtor. I own a residential mortgage broker, a commercial mortgage broker, a building company, am a partner in several development companies, and actively place hard money offerings. I also heavily work on various types of start-up and venture capital funds.
We specialize in commercial lending, and specially in private equity and hard money lending. We also offer business acquistion loans, as well as franchise finance packages. We also buy notes.
